My Approach
I believe documentary photography for mission-driven organisations, from child rights and education initiatives to climate action campaigns, carries real responsibility. My commitment is to dignity, capturing resilience and humanity rather than reducing people to a single moment of hardship. Growing up between Trinidad and Sint Maarten shaped how I see this work: I'm often photographing communities and cultural contexts I understand intimately, which I bring to every assignment, wherever it takes me, from the Caribbean to conference rooms at the UN or out in the field.
I'm seeking to continue working with organisations dedicated to protecting people and building a more resilient, hopeful, and sustainable future for humanity, through documentary and humanitarian photography that doesn't just document impact, but helps create it.
