Peace Boat US — Ocean Gala (June 2025, New York City — most recent event)

My relationship with Peace Boat US began in 2019, when I was selected to join their 100th Global Voyage as part of the Youth for the Sustainable Development Goals programme. Since then, I've continued supporting their work, attending events and photographing the initiatives driving their mission forward, most recently as the photographer for their Ocean Gala.

Held onboard the Peace Boat, the Ocean Gala brought together a sustainability fashion show, artists, panelists, and leaders in blue innovation for a night celebrating creativity in service of ocean conservation. It was a privilege to document an evening that reflected Peace Boat's enduring commitment to global education, climate action, and peace — a mission I've now supported for over five years, from a youth voyage participant to their trusted photographer.
